Damaged/Incorrect items: House of Furniture covers the return shipping.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible — however, you may initiate a return following the above process.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
