THE BARCELONA CHAIR, DISCOVER THE DIFFERENCE
Designers call it the barca chair; in cream it is the softest statement the icon makes. This premium set includes the matching footrest. The dimensions are a one-to-one match with the original: the back cushion sits exactly at frame height, and the steel is precisely 12 mm thick.
Mies Van Der Rohe Chair
Mies van der Rohe designed this chair in 1929 to welcome Spanish royalty at the Barcelona Pavilion. His rule — less is more — gave it just two steel curves and a tufted cushion grid, and made it immortal.
90 Years an Icon
Ninety years on, the silhouette remains design shorthand for good taste — seen in movies, media and the world's best lobbies, and equally at home in a living room corner.
Soft Cream Italian Leather
Between white's crispness and tan's warmth — a calm, gallery-quiet tone made for linen, oak and plaster-walled rooms. The matching footrest is included — the pair Mies designed together, sold together.
Packaging
The chair is packed in one large L-shaped box containing the one-piece welded frame and the cushions. The frame arrives wrapped in thick bubble wrap — no assembly needed. Cushions are wrapped separately in the same box and fasten to the frame in minutes, as per instructions.
