THE BARCELONA CHAIR, DISCOVER THE DIFFERENCE
A barcelona chair replica should be judged by measurements — this brown edition with footrest invites the tape measure. The dimensions are a one-to-one match with the original: the back cushion sits exactly at frame height, and the steel is precisely 12 mm thick.
Mies Van Der Rohe Chair
Designed in 1929 by Mies van der Rohe for the Barcelona Exposition, this chair reduced seating to pure geometry: crossing mirror steel and stitched leather. Nothing has needed changing since.
90 Years an Icon
For nearly ninety years of continuous production this chair has furnished films, museums and offices. It suits every setting, from home living rooms to reception halls.
Chocolate Brown Italian Leather
Warmth on mirror steel: chocolate hide that burnishes beautifully with the years and settles into timber-rich rooms as if commissioned for them. The matching footrest is included — the pair Mies designed together, sold together.
Packaging
The chair is packed in one large L-shaped box containing the one-piece welded frame and the cushions. The frame arrives wrapped in thick bubble wrap — no assembly needed. Cushions are wrapped separately in the same box and fasten to the frame in minutes, as per instructions.
